Refund policy

Change of mind
If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a repair, replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping.

Items we cannot accept for return
Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged by chewing or misuse cannot be returned for change of mind.
